There are four (plus one) key stepsIt all starts with a healthy, clean air duct system. This is especially important for family members who have asthma or allergies to environmental triggers. Clean ducts save you money as well, lowering heating and cooling costs by clearing obstructions.
Secondly, you’ll want clean dryer vents as well – this can drastically lower utility costs and helps prevent lint buildup, which can lead to dangerous fires in the dryer or in the vent.
Thirdly, superior filtration is required, especially for those who suffer chronic respiratory issues. We supply sealed HEPA grade filters from Amaircare (tested by the EPA and McGill University).
Lastly, you should add a specialized Sanuvox UV light, your last line of defence against most harmful bacteria, mould, and virus particles in your air system (proven effective by the EPA and McGill University

We spend a few minutes with you on the phone to get some important details about your home, as well as determining the number of air vents to be cleaned – this helps us set a fair price. We’ll advise you about any current specials that can save you even more money on our already economical prices. We won’t surprise you with hidden fees when the job is done.
Stephen will perform the work himself. He will clean all your supply and return vents and the main trunk lines in the basement (those big rectangular boxes running along the ceiling). Stephen will visually inspect your filtration, blower motor, furnace, air conditioning, humidifier, any ductwork that is visible, and any other components that may affect your indoor air quality. Stephen will also discuss all the other steps to achieving a healthier home.
Getting clean ducts is one thing – maintaining good quality air is another. You’ll be invited to enroll in the Integrated Clean Air Services retainer program, to provide you with peace of mind knowing you’ll enjoy a healthy home for years to come.
Stephen will ask you up front if you’re happy with the duct cleaning service. If he installed any equipment, he may call you in three or four weeks to check to see how satisfied you are with the equipment’s performance. Your satisfaction is important to him.
